Just about to hop in the shower, Dave is still asleep. I woke up fed the cats, let the dog out to pee, had a quick bite and now to get ready to launch. 1.5 hours from now I will be checking in the hospital to have the gel applied to my cervix to hopefully get things quick started.

This morning in bed I felt my daily baby kicks to the side. I decided although it's early at only 20.5 weeks, I was going to pay attention and do a sample kick count. Wee Evangeline passed her kick counts this morning with flying colours, I got ten kicks in 15 minutes. Woot you go baby.

Had monthly check up with OB yesterday, all was great. Only gained 1kg to date so not bad at all considering how much I eat ( Read more... )

I have a sneaking suspicion I will have to be  watched for post partum depression. I don't know if it's the pregnancy hormones, me not being able to deal with things properly right now but they catch up to me anyways or low key depression, but I have been pretty down. Three, yes three stillbirth mom's aquaintances of mine have given birth to healthy happy baby's in the last 2 weeks. One by one these mom's are giving me hope. Welcome to the world Vincent, Olivia, and Denis.
